    My stepfather has no will and he cares not for his daughter as they had a big falling out. My mom and him are married, so when he dies, is the daughter entitled to anything from his estate? How about my mom?

    Lew isn't here as much as we'd all like for free legal advice, so I did a google search for you. You might the answers that you need here.

    Since you live in Kentucky, I assume your Mom and step-dad do too. If it's another state, Lew needs to know.
